At Split Second Sound we are dedicated to audio production, mastering, sound design and music composition, covering a broad range of genres, from singer-songwriter to metal, and from rock to funk. We use highly acclaimed digital and analogue equipment, achieving good results in our studio which has great acoustics, designed by Thomas Jouanjean at northwardacoustics.com.

Our experience, knowledge and creativity combined with a clear musical vision, takes any project to a higher level. We think it’s important to provide a comfortable, creative environment in which a musician will feel at home, so they can achieve the best results.

The idea for Split Second Sound developed while Jochem and Bouke were at university studying Music technology, and this long cherished dream became reality with the opening of our own studio in 2004. Sander joined our team in 2008 and we’ve since grown into a high end recording studio, with a fast growing client base.

The new facility in Amsterdam is conveniently located near central station and the city centre.
